Our Search Solutions:

Permanent/Direct Hire: 

*Contingency Search

When a search firm operates on a contingency basis it means Muse Search + Inspire will only earn a fee if we are responsible for identifying and presenting the hired candidate to the client.

*Retained Search

This is a more structured contract signed by the client defining SLA’s that will be provided in the way of outcomes and responsibilities for both parties. This contract typically calls for exclusivity for Muse Search + Inspire and the fee is broken into 3 installments. The initial portion of the fee known as the “retainer” is due at time of acceptance of assignment. Often another installment is due within a specified time frame outlined in the SLA’s, the final payment is either due within a specific time frame after the new hire’s start date or when the search is concluded in some other fashion by the client.

*Engaged Search

This is a hybrid customized agreement taking elements of both Contingent and Retained arrangements. Muse Search + Inspire has the search exclusively, hence the customization capabilities and provides a consultative service throughout the process. Under this option, a “retainer” fee is paid upon commencement of search assignment, however is deducted from the total fee at time of hire.

Professional Services:

*Temporary/Contract Staffing

Muse Search + Inspire will provide expert contract talent you can trust on a temporary basis to meet project deadlines, bridge the gap on leaves and make an immediate impact to your organization. Typical assignments can range from 1 month to multiple years, completely dependent on our customer’s needs.

*Consulting

This scenario although closely akin to the Temporary/Contract Staffing solution, differing due to the consultant being self directed in their work. Muse Search + Inspire will provide this highly skilled talent in alignment with the client’s needs to produce the desired results. 

*Temp-to-Hire Staffing

This solution gives your company ultimately a working candidate who stays on the Muse Search + Inspire payroll for an agreed upon period of time prior to becoming an employee at your organization. This has become a very popular hiring approach as it serves as a working interview, which allows needs to be met as our client and our candidates determine compatibility before making long-term commitments.  

*Payrolling

Muse Search + Inspire can act as your employer of record for regular or temporary employees, which can reduce HR - related overhead costs, eliminate administration time, and the overall complexities of managing payroll. In this scenario, the client has already identified or even employed the individual(s) and seek an alternative employment solution to meet their needs. This solution allows clients the opportunity to focus on managing their business and often provides them with more flexibility and discretion to do so.

Inspire - we give 5% of all our profits to charity
