HOW IT WORKS:
Email us an introduction and share with us how you know this hiring decision maker (your relationship with them) and the position they are seeking to fill. Be sure to put "Referral Client" in the subject line. You can also have someone email us and either cc: you or mention your name in the body of the email as the person who referred them.
If "Referral Client" is not already working with Muse Search + Inspire, or if Muse Search + Inspire has never worked with that particular individual/hiring manager, your referral is valid!
In order to qualify for your reward, the "Referral Client" must have a current job opening and hire a Muse Search + Inspire candidate in a Permanent/Direct Hire position, and complete the client's guarantee period. The charitable donation to the charity of your choice will be made immediately following the guarantee period. This will be a one time donation per "Referral Client", however unlimited referrals welcomed. We will allow for a 3-month grace period if we do not fill the "Referral Client's" initial job, however successfully fill a Permanent/Direct Hire position with "Referral Client" within the following quarter.
You cannot refer yourself, and if you are a past or existing client, you will be excluded from participating in the Muse Search + Inspire 'Client Referral Program.' The good news for existing customers - we're already donating to the charity of your choice and for past customers...where are you?
