CANDIDATE ACQUISITION PROCESS

  2. Create list of candidates from network and target companies
  3. Cold call target companies and passive candidates from identified competitors
  4. Thoroughly qualify engaged candidates - including multiple touch interviews
  5. If all is aligned with their goals - fit is established - trust affirmed - confirm interest

PRESENTATION-INTERVIEW PROCESS

  1. Present qualified candidates to client - including strengths, fit alignment, salary & personal insight
  2. Prepare client and candidate for interview
  3. Debrief candidate - likes, concerns, other opportunities considering & where they rank on their list
  4. Debrief client - share candidate feedback
  5. Provide in-depth reference checks to client

OFFER STAGE

  1. Make verbal offer - consult counter offer concerns - attain firm acceptance
  2. Confirm written offer acceptance
  3. Assist with candidate resignation - ensuring a timely start date
  4. Follow-up with client & new hire regarding on-boarding process
  5. Start date confirmation

POST-SEARCH ANALYSIS

  1. Transparency - what went right with search
  2. Transparency 2.0 - what went awry with the search and solutions to improve
  3. New hire experience begins - details available with inquiry
  4. Customer experience commences - we provide thorough follow-up - details available with inquiry
  5. Confirm and coordinate charity donation details
