That pretty much sums up our friends at Phenomenal Pearls Educational Charitable Foundation (PPECF). This charitable organization works in partnership with the Chi Omicron Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. to provide programs and services that empower communities in need.
